I can help you to relieve trauma, stress, pain, anxiety and depression by engaging your mind-body connection. With my guidance, you can learn to use your body to help heal the emotional and physical tension you may be carrying. For instance, deep breathing can be beneficial both in quieting anxiety and in lowering blood pressure. Similarly, engaging in movement can help in lifting depression and easing physical discomfort.

With 24 years of experience, including 18 in health related settings, I am ready to assist you with emotions that often accompany disease, injury or loss, with healing and transforming trauma, and with making beneficial health choices.

My compassion and calmness create a safe place where you can talk about difficult or painful issues in an atmosphere of caring and respect.
